"Hey Blue, what’s... Oh crap." Panel 3. They’re running side by side and Blue throws pellets behind them. Explosive smoke behind them.

Wolfie (from behind) points up at a fire escape with a ladder up, but only one level to stand on. 
WOLFIE: “There!” Panel 5: Both scouts climb onto the fire escape. Bear breaks off the ladder.
